Job Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
- Building bulkheads and walls
- Water-proofing
- Drainage/Excavation
- Removing trees
- Minor carpentry repair
- Installing fences
- Repairing playgrounds
- Installing, repairing and cleaning gutters
Requirements
• Must be 18 years old or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have 3 years of experience in general building and grounds maintenance work
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Passing a criminal background check required.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Initiative and customer service skill.
