Description
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team! HVAC certification is required. This position will help with daily maintenance at a property in Richmond, Virginia.
Must promote good public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff through great service-oriented attitude and resident trust. Always displays a friendly and courteous attitude towards residents and other employees. Coordinates maintenance objectives with the on-site manager daily including apartment turns and grounds maintenance. Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.

Requirements
•HVAC Certification
•Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields (3+ years)
•Ability to handle physical workload
•Deadline and detail-oriented
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Physical, drug, and background screenings
•Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
•Will rotate being on-call after hours, when scheduled, and be available for overtime as needed for emergencies.
